Business Associate Agreement
An organization administrator reviews and electronically accepts the current Krasyn Business Associate Agreement inside the workspace. The accepted version is recorded before real patient information is admitted.
Review it inside your workspace
Create the workspace with synthetic or de-identified information. An organization administrator can then open the current agreement, review the full text, and accept it electronically. The product records the accepted version and signer context.
What happens next
- Create a workspace without entering patient information.
- An organization administrator reviews the current agreement in the product.
- The administrator accepts it electronically for the organization.
- Krasyn records the accepted version before real patient information is admitted.
Evaluation boundary
A trial account, a security page, or this information page is not an executed BAA and does not record acceptance. Until acceptance is recorded, evaluate only with synthetic, non-PHI data. The organization remains responsible for determining whether it is a HIPAA covered entity and for its own compliance obligations.
Current legal-review status
The current standard agreement was adopted by the owner and has not been reviewed by outside legal counsel.
