Contractual readiness

Business Associate Agreement

A covered healthcare organization must execute the applicable written agreement before it sends protected health information to Krasyn.

Do not enter real patient information during evaluation. The seeded demo and zero-switch workflow plan use synthetic data. Production PHI use remains blocked until the practice completes its applicable go-live requirements, including the current BAA.

Request the agreement

Email compliance@krasyn.com with the legal name of the healthcare organization and the name and title of its authorized signer. Do not include PHI or patient information.

What happens next

  1. Krasyn provides the current standard agreement for review.
  2. Both parties resolve the organization and signer details.
  3. Authorized representatives execute the agreement.
  4. Krasyn records the executed agreement in the organization's go-live evidence.

Evaluation boundary

A trial account, a security page, or this request page is not an executed BAA. Until execution is confirmed, evaluate only with synthetic, non-PHI data. The organization remains responsible for determining whether it is a HIPAA covered entity and for its own compliance obligations.
