Cookie Policy
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the Krasyn marketing website (krasyn.com) and how you control them. The Krasyn application (app.krasyn.com) has its own cookie disclosures.
Your choice controls tracking
On your first visit, a consent banner asks whether you accept optional advertising and analytics cookies. Until you accept, and whenever you decline, Google Consent Mode keeps advertising storage, ad user data, ad personalization, and analytics storage denied, and our analytics code does not send events to Google. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key krasyn-cookie-consent) so we do not re-ask on every visit.
. This reopens the consent banner so you can accept or decline at any time.
1. Essential cookies and storage
We use a small amount of first-party browser storage that is strictly necessary for the site to work and to remember your preferences:
- Consent preference (
krasyn-cookie-consent, localStorage): remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies. Kept until you clear your browser storage. - Attribution and session context (first-party storage): if you arrive via a campaign link, we keep the campaign parameters so a demo request or signup can be attributed to its source. This stays first-party and is not an advertising cookie.
2. Google Ads conversion and attribution
With your consent, the Google tag (gtag.js, tag AW-18357155320) sets the first-party cookie _gcl_aw when you arrive from a Google Ads click. It stores the ad-click identifier (gclid) so that a later conversion, such as submitting a demo request, can be attributed to the ad. Retention: the _gcl_aw cookie lasts up to 90 days. If you decline, this cookie is not set and conversions are not attributed to ad clicks.
3. Google Analytics 4
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and sessions, helping us understand how pages are used. Retention: _ga cookies last up to 2 years; associated event data is retained in Google Analytics for up to 14 months. If you decline, GA4 events are not sent and these cookies are not set.
4. Firebase Analytics
The site is built on Google Firebase, and with your consent Firebase Analytics (which is Google Analytics under the hood) records the same kind of usage events, including page views and feature interactions, using the same Google Analytics cookies and identifiers described above, with the same retention. If you decline, Firebase Analytics events are not sent.
5. What we do not do
- No advertising or analytics cookies are set before you consent.
- We do not use third-party cookies beyond the Google services listed above.
- We do not run tracking on protected health information; this site is a marketing site and does not process PHI.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, sending advertising identifiers to Google for cross-context behavioral advertising can be considered “sharing” of personal information. Krasyn does not sell personal information for money. To opt out of ad-related sharing, and choose Decline. Declining keeps all advertising and analytics signals denied, which opts you out of ad-related sharing from this site. We also honor this choice for as long as it is stored in your browser. If you have questions or want to exercise other privacy rights, contact legal@krasyn.com.
Changes
We will update this page when the cookies we use change. Material changes are reflected in the effective date above.
