Data Processing Addendum
Request the current data-processing terms for your organization's legal and privacy review.
Request the current DPA
Email legal@krasyn.com with the organization's legal name, jurisdiction, and authorized contact. Do not include patient information, credentials, or other sensitive production data.
Scope is established in writing
This page is a request path, not an executed addendum and not a representation that one document fits every jurisdiction. The signed agreement or order form controls where its terms differ from public product information.
The review should identify the services in scope, the categories of data involved, the parties' roles, approved subprocessors, security responsibilities, retention expectations, and the process for handling requests or incidents. Krasyn will answer those questions against the current service configuration instead of asking a buyer to infer contractual commitments from marketing copy.
Before production use
Evaluation should use synthetic, non-sensitive information while legal, privacy, security, and implementation reviews are open. Production data should be introduced only after the applicable written agreements are signed and the organization has completed its own authorization and go-live checks.
HIPAA agreement
Healthcare organizations seeking a Business Associate Agreement should use the BAA request and execution path.
