Every draft arrives with its own check.
When the Scribe finishes a draft it hands the draft and its transcript to Note Check. Assessed statements are labelled Supported, Unsupported, or Contradicted against what was actually said, and the report lists material facts the note left out. You decide what to change. Note Check never edits the note.

Numbers and denials that were never said
A blood pressure the transcript never contained, or a denial that was never spoken, is pulled forward for your review.
What the note left out
Material facts stated in the visit but absent from the note are listed with a short excerpt from the transcript.
Every report tells you what was checked, including when a check failed or could not cover the whole visit. If the check cannot cover all of it, the note says so. A report supports your review; it does not establish that a note is clinically correct. We do not publish an accuracy figure because Note Check has not been measured against a clinician-adjudicated reference set.

Where the audio goes
In production, recorded visit audio is streamed for transcription to a Krasyn-managed Azure OpenAI Whisper deployment in a United States region. It is not sent to the browser vendor's speech service, and recordings are not written to Krasyn storage. The recording screen names the active transcription backend before capture starts, and the Trust Center carries the current agreement status. Read the Trust Center.
