Note Check divides the note into statements, shows the label produced for the statements the available checks assess, brings unsupported and contradicted content forward, and lists bounded omissions separately. It never edits the note.

Every report states whether the model judge ran, ran on part of the transcript, failed, or did not run. The product tells you when the check could not cover the whole visit. If a transcript is too long and the check cannot cover all of it, the note says so instead of implying a complete review. We publish no accuracy figure for Note Check because it has not been measured against a clinician-adjudicated reference set.
