The Krasyn Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Krasyn AI-native outpatient EMR platform (“Service”) provided by Krasyn LLC (“Krasyn”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the authoritative Terms, which also include governing-law (Idaho), dispute-resolution, and limitation-of-liability provisions. The points below summarize them.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for licensed healthcare organizations and their authorized personnel. You must have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely for lawful outpatient clinical, administrative, and billing purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data, including Protected Health Information. Krasyn processes your data solely to provide the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, an executed Business Associate Agreement. Do not submit PHI until the applicable agreement and production go-live requirements are complete.
4. Service Availability
Krasyn's availability targets for the production Service are described in our Service-Level Objectives. Those targets do not create self-serve service credits unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure or third-party infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krasyn's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Krasyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination
Founding subscriptions are month-to-month unless a signed order form states otherwise. An authorized administrator may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds and billing-error reviews follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Upon termination, Krasyn provides data export in standard formats (FHIR R4, CSV) for the export window stated in the authoritative Terms (at least 90 days).
