Built to Make Clinical AI Accountable
Krasyn gives clinicians a clearer way to review AI-drafted documentation, then extends that same accountable approach across outpatient workflows.
Our Mission
Every clinician who signs an AI-drafted note carries responsibility for it, and most scribes give the signer nothing to check it with. We started Krasyn to make AI documentation accountable.
That means a check of any scribe's note against the transcript, a scribe that checks its own work before you sign, and an outpatient EMR for the practices that want Krasyn to hold the records as well. You keep your EMR and your scribe for as long as you like.
Founder
Ben Krasin is the founder of Krasyn and serves as the company's Privacy Officer and Security Officer. He started the company around a simple standard: clinicians should be able to see what an AI-drafted note is based on before they sign it.
The team builds from concrete outpatient workflow problems, publishes product limits alongside capabilities, and keeps a direct line open to the clinicians and practice teams using the software.

What Makes Us Different
Accountable AI Documentation
Note Check reports any AI scribe's note against the transcript, statement by statement, and never edits it. The Krasyn Scribe runs the same kind of check on its own drafts before you sign. We publish no accuracy figure for Note Check and no documentation-time figure, because we have not measured them.
Built Around Real Workflow Constraints
Product decisions start with the work outpatient teams actually do: documenting care, coordinating follow-up, keeping records organized, and knowing where automation must stop for human review.
AI-Native Architecture
We did not take a legacy EMR and add AI. We built AI into the foundation, so core documentation, billing, and workflow surfaces can use context-aware intelligence to reduce cognitive load.
Frontier AI Foundation
Krasyn currently routes text and reasoning model calls through one governed Azure OpenAI client path. Speech-to-text uses separately disclosed transcription paths. A future provider change will be documented in the Trust Center before the public site describes it as current.
Continuous Shipping, Daily Listening
We ship new features continuously, and changes run through an automated launch gate of build, security, and workflow checks. You reach the product team directly. If your practice needs something specific, we scope it honestly and build what we can.
Outpatient-Only Focus
We do not try to serve hospitals, surgery centers, and clinics with one product. Krasyn is built for outpatient workflows only, from scheduling through billing review. Electronic claim submission remains gated until the required clearinghouse activation is complete.
Deeply Customizable
Note templates, order sets, dashboards, billing rules, AI scribe behavior, patient forms, and scheduling logic all adapt to your specialty and preferences. Krasyn conforms to how your practice works, not the other way around.
Migration-First Mentality
Switching EMRs is the biggest barrier to adoption, so we built a structured migration process with scoped timelines, record-by-record validation before go-live, and standard migration support included in onboarding. Nobody has to migrate to use Note Check or the Scribe.
Our Core Beliefs
- The clinician who signs a note should be able to see what the transcript supports before signing.
- A review aid should say what it found and what it could not cover. It should never pretend to be a score.
- The same transcript and note should return the same report.
- EMRs should reduce cognitive load, not create it.
- Every billable service should be easier to identify before submission.
- Switching EMRs should be scoped, structured, and predictable, and nobody should have to switch to get first value.
- Outpatient medicine deserves purpose-built technology.
- Every practice deserves to have its feature requests heard and scoped honestly.
- Software should adapt to the clinician, not the other way around.
The limits of what we sell are listed on What we do not do, and the benchmark of our own scribe, with its limitations, is on the faithfulness benchmark page.
