Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 26, 2026
This policy explains how subscription cancellations, billing errors, refunds, and service credits work for the Krasyn outpatient EMR platform. A signed order form controls if it contains different terms.
1. Private trial
Krasyn's 14-day private trial does not require a credit card and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. A clinic starts paid service only after an authorized administrator affirmatively completes checkout.
2. Cancel at any time
Founding subscriptions are month-to-month unless a signed order form states otherwise. An authorized administrator may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no further subscription charge will be made after that date.
3. Refund eligibility
We refund duplicate charges, incorrect charge amounts, and charges made after an effective cancellation. We also review refund requests when Krasyn materially failed to provide the paid service. Except in those circumstances or where required by law, subscription fees already billed are non-refundable and are not prorated for partial use of a billing period.
One-time implementation, migration, or custom-work fees are refundable only to the extent the corresponding work has not been performed, unless a signed order form states otherwise.
4. Requesting a review
Email billing@krasyn.com within 30 days of the charge. Include the clinic name, invoice or receipt number, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not include patient information or other protected health information.
5. Response and payment timing
We acknowledge requests within two business days and normally decide them within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The financial institution may take an additional five to ten business days to post the credit.
6. Service credits
Availability-related service credits are governed by Krasyn's published Service-Level Objectives or the clinic's signed order form. A service credit does not limit any refund required by law.
