Dictate an update or photograph a wound, a drain output, a paper order or a screen. Krasyn reads it and files it to the right patient, and asks when two patients could match. Nothing is saved until you review it, and photos are not kept.

A handoff from what you recorded.
Ask your list what you are waiting on, copy a handoff built from the day, and prepare a progress note or discharge summary without dictating it again. It keeps working offline and syncs later.
