A morning potassium is only part of the story. Rounds keeps when it was drawn, adds the afternoon recheck you mention in passing, and brings the whole day into the note.

The patient’s updates
The values file to the patient with their collection time. Later, a dictated potassium of 3.8 and the replacement given join the same day.
The note brings it together
The draft carries the morning finding and the current result, each traceable to its source, for the clinician to check before it is used.

The same list on a bigger screen: patients in a sidebar, tasks, notes and handoff a click away. Sign in on another computer and your list is there. The browser workspace needs a connection to save, so sign out when you leave a shared computer.
START THE SHIFT
Photograph your list.
Photograph a printed list, or paste a sign-out in any format. Krasyn turns it into your patient list, room by room, and asks about anything it could not read clearly.
ON ROUNDS
Say it once. It lands in the right place.
Dictate, type or photograph a lab sheet, a wound or a screen. When the patient is clear, Krasyn files each part as an update, a task, a result you are waiting on or a discharge plan. When it could be two patients, it asks which. Anything filed to the wrong place is easy to move or remove.
FINISH THE DAY
Notes ready when you are.
Open Notes and each patient’s progress note is drafted from the day, in your own note style, with unclear details highlighted. Copy them into your hospital’s record. Notes also shows what is still open: tasks, pending results and possible discharges. Ask your list a question or copy a handoff without dictating anything again.
