Note Check works with any AI scribe

Check Any AI Scribe Note Against the Transcript.

Paste the visit transcript and the note your scribe drafted. Note Check reports, statement by statement, what the transcript supports, what it does not, and what it contradicts, plus the facts the note left out. Keep your EMR. Keep your scribe.

The note is read statement by statement. Each one gets a label against the transcript: Supported, Unsupported, Contradicted, Scaffolding, or Unverified. Plain-code flags mark a number or a denial the transcript never contained, and the report lists the facts the note left out. Note Check never edits the note.

Free includes 10 AI-drafted notes and 500 transcription minutes each month for one clinician, and one check uses one note. No credit card. No automatic charge.

What a Checked Note Looks Like

One report per transcript-and-note pair, read in the order that matters. Contradicted and unsupported statements come first. It works on pasted text from Krasyn, Freed, Heidi, Nabla, Abridge, DAX, or any other scribe that produces text.

One label per statement

The note is split into its sentences. Each one is labelled Supported, Unsupported, Contradicted, Scaffolding, or Unverified against the transcript you pasted. Unsupported means not in the transcript, nothing more. An exam finding the clinician saw but never said aloud lands there too.

Three flags from plain code

A number in the note that does not occur in the transcript. A denial about a topic the transcript raised but never actually denied. Specific content where the transcript only has an inaudible marker. These come from rules, not a model, so they are identical on every run.

Omissions, listed separately

Clinically material facts the transcript stated and the note does not carry, each with the short excerpt that establishes it. A note can be faithful and still incomplete, so the two failures are reported apart.

Every report states whether the model judge ran, ran on part of the transcript, failed, or did not run. Statements it did not assess are labelled Unverified and never counted as Supported. Within your account the same transcript and note return the same stored report. We publish no accuracy figure for Note Check, because it has not been measured against a clinician-adjudicated reference set. You read the whole note.

The Scribe That Checks Its Own Work

If you want Krasyn to draft the note as well, the Scribe runs the same kind of check on its own drafts before you sign. You stay responsible for what you sign no matter who drafted it, so the draft shows you what it is based on and where it is weakest, and it tells you when the transcript check could not cover the whole visit.

Untraceable statements are removed

Statements in the draft are checked against the session transcript. What the check cannot trace back is taken out and listed under its section, so you can see what was dropped rather than wondering what was invented. When a visit runs long enough that one pass cannot cover all of it, the note says so instead of implying it was fully checked.

Confidence per section, not per note

Each section carries its own score and review guidance, and links back to the transcript spans it was drawn from. “Review the whole note” is advice nobody follows. Knowing that two of four sections need your attention is something you can act on.

The signed note remembers who wrote what

Per-section attribution of what the AI drafted versus what you changed stays with the signed note, alongside whether the transcript check ran fully, ran against part of the visit, or did not run at all. An unreviewed AI section blocks signing until you edit it or explicitly accept it.

Grounding, review and attribution are mechanisms. They do not make a draft correct, and they do not replace your clinical judgment. We publish no accuracy figure and no documentation-time figure, because we have not measured one.

Want the draft too?

Start With the AI Scribe on Its Own

Krasyn AI Scribe is sold separately from the EMR. Record a session in your browser, review the SOAP draft with transcript links, and paste it into whatever you already document in. No patient chart, no encounter, nothing to migrate. The free tier includes 10 AI-drafted notes a month for one clinician; paid tiers are $39 and $99 a month.

The Therapy Practice EMR Is the Upgrade, Not the Entry

Note Check and the Scribe work with whatever you document in right now. If you later want Krasyn to hold the records as well, the $79 Therapy Practice plan is open for non-prescribing behavioral-health teams of 1 to 15 clinicians, and our standard BAA is presented for electronic acceptance inside your workspace.

Built Around the Work Therapy Practices Actually Do

Start with a client, document the session, review the draft, and keep the treatment plan connected. Krasyn gives therapy teams a focused clinical record without forcing them through prescriber or hospital workflows.

The Startup Advantage

Frontier AI. Shipped Continuously. Customized for You.

Legacy EMRs ship major updates once a year and bury your feature requests in a decade-long roadmap. We're doing the opposite, on purpose.

Built on Frontier AI

Krasyn is designed to route clinical tasks through current AI model providers with safety, review, and provenance controls. The goal is practical workflow support, not a separate AI add-on bolted onto an older chart.

Modern AI model routing with clinical review
Our biggest edge

Continuous Deployment Cadence

Krasyn ships improvements through a disciplined release process: therapy workflow refinements, specialty templates, onboarding improvements, and better AI prompts. Customers get product improvements as the platform evolves, without waiting on yearly legacy release cycles.

Frequent release cadence with QA gates

Customized to Your Practice

Note templates, intake fields, dashboards, scheduling rules, and AI documentation tone are configurable. Customers have a direct line to the product team so practice-specific needs can shape the roadmap.

Roadmap shaped by therapy practice needs

This is the difference between a 20-year-old EMR with AI bolted on and a modern platform built from the ground up by a team that listens.

AI That Fits the Therapy Relationship

AI supports documentation and practice work inside the clinical workflow. It prepares drafts and suggestions; your clinicians review the content and remain responsible for the record.

Therapy Note Drafting

Capture or dictate the session and prepare a structured DAP draft with interventions, progress, risk, and next steps for clinician review.

Treatment Plans In The Chart

Write goals, objectives, interventions, and a review date into a treatment-plan note that is stored in the clinical record instead of a separate document.

AI Task Support

Prepare follow-ups, reminders, referrals, and client-facing summaries for staff or clinician review without turning suggestions into silent actions.

Integrated Telehealth

Video visits, waiting room, device checks, chart context, and documentation live in one workflow on infrastructure designed for HIPAA compliance.

Clinical AI Copilot

Ask chart-aware questions grounded in the client record and prepare concise briefs or summaries with linked source evidence for review.

Team Workflow

Coordinate schedules, messages, tasks, documentation, and handoffs across a 1 to 15 clinician practice without adding a hospital-scale operations layer.

Why Krasyn

Krasyn is for therapy teams that want a focused clinical record with AI embedded directly in documentation, client engagement, telehealth, and day-to-day practice operations.

AI in the workflow

DAP drafts, summaries, treatment-plan context, and task support appear where clinicians already work.

Therapy-first focus

The $79 plan avoids prescriber and claim-submission complexity so therapy teams can move faster.

Migration with structure

Start with one client and one note, then move data with validation, training, and go-live support when ready.

Purpose-Built for Therapy Practices

One-size-fits-all EMRs force therapists into medical workflows they do not use. Krasyn starts with the documentation and operations therapy teams need.

Solo and independent therapists

Start with essentials, document the first session, and grow without rebuilding the clinical record.

Group practices

Coordinate 1 to 15 clinicians with shared scheduling, messages, tasks, and consistent documentation.

Telehealth-first practices

Keep video visits, client context, and the reviewed-note workflow in one secure workspace.

Cash-pay and out-of-network care

Capture CPT duration, medical necessity, and treatment-plan progress for superbill-ready documentation.

Switch EMRs Without the Chaos

Most practices stay on bad EMRs because switching feels impossible. Krasyn's migration team supports the process, data extraction, validation, training, and go-live planning, with timelines scoped to your source system and archive size.

  • Validated extraction pipelines for Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic, NextGen, DrChrono, Practice Fusion, and more
  • Record-by-record validation with reconciliation reporting
  • Parallel run period, no cold-turkey cutover
  • Contract exit planning and timeline coordination
