Scribe works in any modern browser today, with no hardware to buy. Phone apps for Android and iOS are being prepared for the app stores. A single recording can run up to two hours, so an intake or a couples session finishes in one take.

A Note Check report before you sign
The draft and its transcript go to Note Check, which labels assessed statements Supported, Unsupported, or Contradicted, pulls forward numbers and denials the transcript never contained, and lists material facts the note left out. The report says when it could not cover the whole visit.
No chart and no encounter required
Krasyn Scribe does not ask you to create a patient, open an encounter, or migrate anything. Record, draft, review, copy out. Your existing records stay where they are.

When a draft is ready, the Scribe hands the draft and its transcript to Note Check. Assessed statements are labelled Supported, Unsupported, or Contradicted against what was actually said, numbers and denials the transcript never contained are pulled forward, and material facts the note left out are listed with the excerpt. The report says when it could not cover the whole visit. You still read the whole note, and Note Check never edits it.
Note Check also accepts a pasted transcript and note from any other scribe. We publish no accuracy figure for Note Check.

Transcription runs on a Krasyn-managed deployment.
In production, recorded visit audio is streamed for transcription to Krasyn-managed Microsoft Azure speech services (Azure AI Speech, or an Azure OpenAI Whisper deployment) in United States regions. It is not sent to the browser vendor's speech service, and recordings are not written to Krasyn storage.
The recording screen names the active transcription backend before capture starts, and the Trust Center carries the current agreement status.

What does the scribe actually produce?
A structured SOAP draft written from the recording of your session, with links back to the transcript passages it drew on where supporting evidence is available. It is a draft for you to review and edit. It is not a signed note, and nothing reaches any record until you decide to keep it.
Do I have to move off my current system?
No. Krasyn Scribe needs no patient chart, no encounter, and no data migration. You record, review the draft, and copy the text into whatever you already document in. That is the whole point of selling it separately from the EMR.

What happens when I reach an allowance?
AI drafting pauses for the rest of the calendar month and resumes on the 1st. Your sessions and transcripts are not removed, and you can keep writing notes yourself. Both the note allowance and the transcription-minute allowance are capped, because a note cap alone does not bound a long session.
