A structured SOAP draft written from the recording of your session, with links back to the transcript passages it drew on where supporting evidence is available. It is a draft for you to review and edit. It is not a signed note, and nothing reaches any record until you decide to keep it.
Do I have to move off my current system?
No. The standalone scribe needs no patient chart, no encounter, and no data migration. You record, review the draft, and copy the text into whatever you already document in. That is the whole point of selling it separately from the EMR.

What happens when I reach an allowance?
AI drafting pauses for the rest of the calendar month and resumes on the 1st. Your sessions and transcripts are not removed, and you can keep writing notes yourself. Both the note allowance and the transcription-minute allowance are capped, because a note cap alone does not bound a long session.
How is this different from the Krasyn EMR?
The EMR is a full outpatient record — scheduling, charting, telehealth, messaging, billing workflows — priced per provider. The standalone scribe is one capability sold on its own to a single clinician, with no chart and nothing to migrate. Scribe Plus at $99 carries fewer capabilities than the $79 EMR plan; it is a different product, not a higher EMR tier.
