This page is the Krasyn EMR: the full platform a practice runs its clinical day on. If you only want documentation fixed without changing systems, you want the standalone AI Scribe, or compare all five products.

One Platform for Core Outpatient Workflows, With AI at the Point of Care

Krasyn is purpose-built for outpatient medicine and shipped continuously. From the first chart review to the last claim check, AI works alongside your team. When a workflow gap matters, Krasyn scopes it directly with your practice instead of burying it in a long vendor queue.

Launch availability

Krasyn separates core workflows from activation-dependent integrations and roadmap items so buyers know what is available now, what requires vendor setup, and what is not supported yet.

Core charting, notes, scheduling, tasks, and AI-assisted documentation

Available now

Usable in the live demo and core app workflows; AI drafts remain provider-reviewed before signing.

Non-controlled e-prescribing

Activation required

Launch scope after DoseSpot production activation, prescriber verification, and clinic credentials are complete.

Controlled-substance prescribing / EPCS

Not supported

Not available in Krasyn today. Clinics must use their existing legal controlled-medication process and document externally written prescriptions in the chart.

Claims clearinghouse, eligibility, and payer rule checks

Activation required

Available only after Availity approval, production credentials, BAA/ISA completion, and validation.

Lab and imaging electronic routing

Activation required

Order workflow exists; real partner routing depends on lab/imaging vendor onboarding and production validation.

Native iOS and Android apps

Planned

Mobile web is supported now. Native apps and mobile prescribing remain roadmap items.

Ambient AI Scribe & Documentation

The ambient AI scribe listens to the natural patient-provider conversation and drafts structured clinical documentation for provider review. SOAP notes with confidence scoring, ICD-10 and CPT code suggestions, and extracted action items are prepared for review, editing, and sign-off.

  • Ambient listening with speaker diarization and medical term detection
  • AI-drafted SOAP notes with per-section confidence scores
  • ICD-10 and CPT code suggestions from conversation context
  • Action items prepared for review: orders, referrals, Rx, and follow-ups
  • AI-drafted patient visit summaries and referral letters for review

Real-Time Billing Intelligence

Revenue leakage is a real drain on outpatient practices. Krasyn surfaces likely codes at the point of documentation, flags possible under-coding before claims leave the building, and supports configured billing checks so your team can bill with more confidence.

  • Real-time CPT and ICD-10 code suggestions during documentation
  • Missed-code detection that surfaces revenue opportunities before submission
  • Payer rule checks after clearinghouse and payer setup are complete
  • Charge capture review support for documented ancillary services

Order Management & Non-Controlled E-Prescribing

Non-controlled e-prescribing, lab orders, imaging referrals, and DME requests flow through a single unified order pipeline. Krasyn flags drug interactions and helps route orders to the correct destination. Electronic transmission depends on vendor activation; EPCS and controlled-substance prescribing are not supported yet.

  • Non-controlled e-prescribing after DoseSpot activation with drug interaction checking and allergy alerts
  • Lab and imaging order workflows with partner routing after vendor onboarding
  • Referral management with status tracking
  • Prior-authorization worklists and status tracking

Patient Engagement & Portal

Patients expect the same digital convenience from their doctor that they get from every other service. Krasyn supports patient engagement workflows, with production portal availability, custom-domain setup, and advanced access workflows confirmed during onboarding.

  • Patient portal workflows scoped and confirmed during onboarding
  • Secure patient-care-team messaging after portal activation
  • Online scheduling and slot controls after portal setup
  • Digital intake workflows configured for the clinic

Clinical AI Copilot

Chart-aware AI assistant that supports questions grounded in the patient record and prepares pre-visit briefs and patient-friendly after-visit summaries for review. Answers can include Linked Evidence when the supporting chart sources are available.

  • Chart-aware Q&A grounded in the patient record
  • Pre-visit briefs summarizing relevant history and care gaps
  • Patient-friendly after-visit summaries in plain language
  • Drug interaction checks and evidence-based recommendations

Analytics & Reporting

Krasyn brings available clinical, operational, and financial data into reviewable outpatient dashboards. Reporting depth depends on the clinic's configured workflows, billing data, and quality-program setup.

  • Population-health worklists and patient-level risk flags for review
  • Quality-measure worklists and MIPS-oriented reporting
  • Financial reporting based on available billing and payment data
  • Operational scheduling metrics based on recorded appointments

Integrated Telehealth

Telehealth workflows keep chart access, visit context, and AI-assisted documentation in one clinical workspace. Live video and patient-facing join flows are activated only when the clinic's telehealth configuration is complete.

  • HD video visits with a virtual waiting room after telehealth activation
  • Full chart access during telehealth sessions
  • Virtual-appointment scheduling after patient-facing setup
  • Telehealth-specific billing code suggestions for review
  • Ambient AI documentation for virtual encounters

Remote Patient Monitoring

Review patient vitals and longitudinal trends between visits. Connected-device feeds, AI-assisted alerts, and RPM billing workflows are scoped during implementation based on the clinic's devices and payer requirements.

  • Review of recorded blood pressure, glucose, weight, SpO2, and heart rate
  • Configured alert thresholds with severity-based review queues
  • Missed-reading worklists when a monitoring program is configured
  • RPM code references for billing-team review

Customizable to Your Practice

Krasyn is designed to fit how your practice works, with configuration for specialty, role, and workflow preferences. When a needed workflow gap is not available yet, the product team scopes it transparently instead of hiding it in a long vendor queue.

  • Specialty-specific note templates, order sets, and visit types configured during setup
  • Provider preferences for AI-drafted note tone, vocabulary, and SOAP formatting
  • Role-based dashboards and permissions for providers, nurses, MAs, billers, and admins
  • Scheduling rules, intake forms, and patient communications configured for your practice
  • Billing-review rules configured for available payer and clearinghouse data
  • Direct line to our product team, with shared workflow improvements scoped transparently

A Platform That Keeps Improving

Krasyn is built on a modern, single code base with a rapid release cadence. New AI models, smarter workflows, specialty-specific capabilities, and improvements from customer feedback ship continuously, with product updates included in active subscriptions and release planning designed to minimize disruption.

AI models
Krasyn currently routes text and reasoning model calls through one governed Azure OpenAI client path. Speech-to-text uses separately disclosed transcription paths. Model changes are managed through tested, governed releases. A future provider change will be documented in the Trust Center before the public site describes it as current.
