One Outpatient EMR, Honest Specialty Readiness
Non-prescribing behavioral health has a dedicated self-serve workflow today. Dermatology and other outpatient specialties require a workflow fit review against the capability boundary shown below.
Built for the Way You Practice
Specialty depth is listed honestly: available capabilities are separated from limited-preview and roadmap work so a clinic can evaluate the product without discovering missing fundamentals after signup.
Weight Loss Clinics
Structured weight/BMI trends, cohort outcomes, and GLP-1 documentation are available. Prescription transmission remains activation-dependent.
- Weight, BMI, percent-to-goal, and cohort outcome tracking
- GLP-1 medication documentation and renewal worklists
- Nutrition plan templates
- Protocol lab watchlists and prior-authorization readiness review
On the roadmap — not available today
- Production prescription transmission after vendor activation
- Configured device feeds for remote weight and activity data
Direct Primary Care (DPC)
An EMR built specifically for the DPC model. Membership billing, panel management, direct patient messaging, and AI documentation — designed for DPC from day one, not retrofitted.
- Membership billing built in — set rate, enroll, done
- Panel capacity tracking with churn-risk alerts
- Direct patient messaging with read receipts
- AI ambient scribe for longer, conversational DPC visits
- No insurance billing clutter — clean DPC-focused UI

- Preventive care gap alerts
- PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scored in the chart and trended across visits
- Immunization tracking with lot, site, and VIS documentation
On the roadmap — not available today

- Structured Fitzpatrick skin type and primary skin concern

Shared Outpatient Core
Clinics that pass a workflow fit review use the same tenant-safe outpatient core. Plan entitlements and external-vendor activation still apply.
AI Documentation
Ambient AI prepares review-required drafts for supported note formats. Template selection does not turn an unvalidated specialty into a complete workflow.
Billing Intelligence
Code suggestions and claim review remain clinician- and biller-reviewed, and depend on the documented service, payer setup, and purchased plan.
Migration Support
Standard migration support is included in onboarding, with complex archives and unusual source-system constraints scoped before kickoff.
