What is the difference between Therapy Practice and Founding Starter?
The boundary is capability, not practice size. Therapy Practice ($79/provider/mo for 1-15 providers) is built for non-prescribing psychotherapy, counseling, and behavioral-health practices. It is not a physical, occupational, or speech therapy product. It includes the core EMR, ambient AI scribe with DAP and BIRP review, telehealth, self-scheduling, and therapy documentation starters such as the 90791 intake, progress notes, and treatment plans. Founding Starter ($249/provider/mo for 1-3 providers) is the medical-clinic path, but production e-prescribing and claim submission require a readiness review and remain gated today. If you need those capabilities, request a readiness review; if you do not, you should not pay for capabilities you will never use.
Are there any long-term contracts?
Krasyn offers flexible month-to-month billing for founding plans unless your signed order form says otherwise. You can request upgrades, downgrades, or cancellation without signing a long-term commitment.
Is there a cost for data migration?
Standard migration support is included for all plans. Complex migrations, unusually large archives, custom interfaces, or historical data cleanup are scoped before kickoff so there are no surprises.
What happens if my practice grows and I need to switch plans?
You can request a plan upgrade at any time. Most plan changes are configuration-only; if implementation work is required, we scope timing and service impact before kickoff.

Is AI usage unlimited?
No. Every plan includes a generous fair-use AI allowance designed for normal outpatient workflows. If your practice has unusually high note volume, migration extraction, RPM analysis, or automation usage, we will recommend the right tier before costs become a surprise.
How often does Krasyn release new features?
Krasyn is built for continuous improvement. New AI capabilities, workflow refinements, billing rules, and specialty features are included in your subscription as they become available, rather than sold as surprise upgrade packages.
Will Krasyn build features based on my practice’s requests?
