Scribe for your group practice
Paid Scribe plans support 1 to 15 clinicians. Choose the paid clinician quantity for your group; the monthly price and published note allowance scale with that quantity. A five-clinician group uses five paid clinician seats. The free plan is for one clinician.
Each clinician signs in with their own account. Organization administrators manage member access and the subscription, and can view aggregate Scribe workflow outcomes without opening clinical note content. Review the selected plan and quantity before starting a paid trial.
For an organization-level review of AI-drafted notes, the Note Check organization pilot evaluates up to 50 transcript-and-note pairs for a fixed $2,500 fee. Read the pilot scope.

What is the difference between Therapy Practice and Founding Starter?
The boundary is capability, not practice size. Therapy Practice ($79/provider/mo for 1-15 providers) is built for non-prescribing psychotherapy, counseling, and behavioral-health practices. It is not a physical, occupational, or speech therapy product. It includes the core EMR, ambient AI scribe with DAP and BIRP review, telehealth, self-scheduling, and therapy documentation starters such as the 90791 intake, progress notes, and treatment plans. Founding Starter ($249/provider/mo for 1-3 providers) is the medical-clinic path, but production e-prescribing and claim submission require a readiness review and remain gated today. If you need those capabilities, request a readiness review; if you do not, you should not pay for capabilities you will never use.
Are there any long-term contracts?
Krasyn offers flexible month-to-month billing for founding plans unless your signed order form says otherwise. You can request upgrades, downgrades, or cancellation without signing a long-term commitment.
Is there a cost for data migration?
Standard migration support is included for all plans. Complex migrations, unusually large archives, custom interfaces, or historical data cleanup are scoped before kickoff so there are no surprises.
What happens if my practice grows and I need to switch plans?
You can request a plan upgrade at any time. Most plan changes are configuration-only; if implementation work is required, we scope timing and service impact before kickoff.
Do you offer discounts for multi-year agreements?

What does founding practice pricing mean?
Founding practices keep their base platform rate protected for 36 months. AI usage, third-party pass-through costs, new regulatory requirements, and unusually high-volume implementation work remain transparent and may be scoped separately.
Is AI usage unlimited?
No. Every plan includes a generous fair-use AI allowance designed for normal outpatient workflows. If your practice has unusually high note volume, migration extraction, RPM analysis, or automation usage, we will recommend the right tier before costs become a surprise.
How often does Krasyn release new features?
Krasyn is built for continuous improvement. New AI capabilities, workflow refinements, billing rules, and specialty features are included in your subscription as they become available, rather than sold as surprise upgrade packages.
Will Krasyn build features based on my practice’s requests?
Yes, with healthy scope boundaries. Every customer can send product feedback directly to the Krasyn team. Shared workflow improvements are prioritized on the roadmap, while organization-specific features are scoped through Growth or Enterprise implementation planning.
How customizable is Krasyn for my specialty or practice?
Very. Note templates, order sets, billing rules, dashboards, patient-facing forms, scheduling rules, and AI scribe behavior can all be configured to match your practice. Why is Krasyn’s pricing lower than legacy EMRs?
Two reasons. First, we are a focused startup without decades of legacy overhead or a collections-percentage billing model. Second, founding pricing is designed as a partnership: lower upfront cost for early customers, with clear fair-use and implementation boundaries so Krasyn can support practices sustainably as we grow.
