Select all patients and export as CSV
Choose "All patients" from the export options and select CSV as the format. This captures your full patient population in a format Krasyn reads directly.
Download the file
The export arrives as a ZIP file. Download it to a secure location before the shutdown date. This is your only copy of your clinical records once Practice Fusion goes offline.
Upload to Krasyn
Go to app.krasyn.com/settings/migrate and upload your Practice Fusion CSV export. No consultant, no implementation fee, no phone call required.
Review the preview and confirm
